Refunds

Refund a transaction, fully or partially, with its internal transaction id:

• Only transactions with refundStatus: REFUNDABLE can be refunded.
• The amount can’t exceed the original amount.
• A new transaction of type REFUNDED with a negative amount is recorded and a REFUND webhook is sent.
• Refunding does not cancel the subscription. Unsubscribe the customer too if you want to stop renewals.

Cancellations

Stop a customer’s subscription:

• The customer status becomes UNSUBSCRIBED and renewals stop immediately.
• A CANCELLATION webhook is sent.
• Past transactions are not refunded automatically.

Caution

Both endpoints always return HTTP 200. For refunds, check the success field of the response. For cancellations, wait for the CANCELLATION webhook or fetch the customer to confirm the new status.
