Every transaction has a status derived from the gateway response code. Use it to decide whether to retry, ask for a new card or stop billing.
Each status has two numbers:
- Code — CreditCore’s own status code. It’s the
status_id sent in the webhooks, and the value shown in the platform filters as [code] name.
- Gateway code — the gateway (NMI)
response_code the status is mapped from.
Codes are grouped: 1xx approved, 2xx declined, 5xx technical errors, 6xx fraud and security, 7xx other errors and 999 unmapped.
