Customers

The Customers page (/customers) is the place to answer customer-service questions: Is this person subscribed? When were they last billed? Can I refund them?

Find a customer

Enter the customer’s email and click Apply Filters. The page doesn’t load anything until you search.

Each row is one subscription (or one-time purchase) of that email:

Column	Content
Customer	Name and gateway customer ID.
Product	Product purchased.
Merchant	MID and account number.
Status	Active, or Stopped on <date> when the customer unsubscribed.
Joined	Signup date and last billing date (or Never Billed).
Amount / Frequency	Price and renewal frequency in days.

See the transactions

• Click the eye icon on a row to open the transactions of that subscription.
• Click All Transactions in the toolbar to see the transactions of every row found.

The transactions window shows the date and order ID, type, customer and masked card, shop, a Completed / Declined badge, the amount and the billing cycle and attempt.

Refundable transactions have a Refund button that works exactly as in Transactions.

Tip

To cancel a subscription from your backend use POST /api/unsubscribe/{customerId}.
