Webhook configuration

Go to Management → Webhook Config (/management/webhook-config) to tell CreditCore where to send webhooks.

Each account has one webhook configuration. If there’s none yet, click New; otherwise edit the existing one with the pencil.

Field	Required	Description
URL	Yes	HTTPS endpoint on your server that receives the POST requests.
Events	Yes	One or more of Conversion, Transaction, Refund and Cancellation.
Active		Turn it off to pause deliveries without losing the configuration. On by default.

Event	Sent when
CONVERSION	A checkout completes and a new customer is created.
TRANSACTION	A charge is attempted: first payment, capture or renewal, successful or not.
REFUND	A transaction is refunded.
CANCELLATION	A customer is unsubscribed.

The list shows whether the configuration is active, its events, creation date and URL.
