Transactions

The Transactions page (/transactions) lists every charge processed on your account: first payments, renewals, pre-authorizations, captures and refunds. It opens with the last 10 days.

Filter Description
Date Date range of the transaction. Default: Last 10 Days.
Transaction ID Internal ID.
Email, Name, Last Name Customer data.
Bin, Last 4 Digits First 6 / last 4 digits of the card.
Transaction Type One or more types: one-time payment, subscription start, recurring payment, pre-authorized, capture, voided, refunded.
Transaction Status One or more statuses, e.g. Approved, Declined, Insufficient Balance.
Amount One or more amounts (multi-value).
Billing Cycle Renewal number: 1 is the first payment, 2 the first renewal, and so on (multi-value).
Payment Attempt Retry number within a billing cycle (multi-value).
Product, Merchant Account One or more products or MIDs.

Results are paginated and sorted on the server. By default the newest transactions come first; you can also sort by ID, Billing Cycle & Attempt and Amount.

Column Content
ID Transaction ID.
Date Date and time of processing.
Transaction Type & Info Type, and the gateway status underneath.
Customer Detail Name, email and masked card (BIN **** last4).
MID & Descriptor Merchant account that processed it and the descriptor shown on the cardholder’s statement.
Company, Shop, Product Where the sale belongs.
Billing Cycle & Attempt For example Billing Cycle 3 / Attempt 2.
Amount Amount in the product currency.
Refund Refund button, when the transaction can be refunded.

The Refund button is only shown for transactions whose refund status is REFUNDABLE: successful payments that haven’t been refunded yet.

  1. Click Refund on the transaction row.
  2. In Amount to refund:
    • leave it empty for a full refund, or
    • enter an amount (2 decimals) for a partial refund.
  3. Confirm with Refund. The platform shows the gateway’s answer; on success the button disappears from the row.
